We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, since our products are natural fresh fruits, variations in size, color, taste, and appearance may occur. Such variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

PakMangoes currently delivers within Germany. Delivery times are typically within 2 days after order confirmation. Shipping is handled via postal or courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount, as displayed on the website.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos). Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate solutions may be offered at our discretion.
