At PakMangoes, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality mangoes. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility Criteria
Due to the nature of our products (fresh and perishable mangoes), returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Items may be eligible for return or refund if they are:
- Significantly damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items delivered
- Spoiled due to handling before delivery
To be eligible, customers must provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Return Timeframe
Any issues must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.
Refund Process and Timing
Once your return/refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, partial refunds or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
Exchange Options
Where possible, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. This depends on product availability and delivery location. Customers will be informed if an exchange is possible.
Damaged or Defective Products

- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the case and offer a fair solution, which may include replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Fresh mangoes once delivered and accepted without complaint
- Orders with no evidence of damage or issue
- Products not reported within the required timeframe
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be covered by:
- PakMangoes (if the issue is due to damage or incorrect delivery)
- The customer (if the return is due to personal preference or incorrect order details provided by the customer)
